Froggie Love

Happy Saturday and Paula here. Today I have a fun card for you from the Anthony and Burt stamps. They are adorable. This one may seem a little valentine day like but I think you could use it for an anniversary or just for someone special in your life. I had fun coloring with the Spectrum Noir Pens. The video on the pens is also available and really has some good information and tips on the pens. If you enjoying coloring you will want to watch it! Check out the video and other products on the Crafter's Companion site.

To make this card:
1. Stamp image with black dye ink onto white card stock. Color image with the Spectrum Noir pens shown above and then cut out. To make the dots in the heart use PL1.
2. Use dies to cut out two bows using white card stock. Use die to make a white oval. Use die to make teal frame and smaller oval.
3.Trim a light green card and put through embossing folder. Use decorative border punch at two sides and tape white pieces of card stock underneath. Mount card to a larger green card. Layer both to a folded white card that has been put through the same folder, about three fourths of the card.
4. Arrange white oval and place bows at two opposite corners. Tuck teal frame with brad at the top and layer small teal oval at the bottom left. Mount colored image to the card. Place a stick on jewel on the heart.

Hope you enjoyed the card and be sure to check out the other designer's cards. Stop by next Saturday.
