Tea in Paris? and Giveaway Friday!

Good morning everyone!

Welcome to another Friday post with Steph. We have a new release this week - some gorgeous Nouveau Sheena Douglass Provence images! Check it out ...

I really only colored the door and window with Spectrum Noir markers (the door and window were shaded with TN3 and the grain was just streaked with TN7, TN8, EB5); the ground and window was shaded with IG2, the pots were EB7. These lovely French themed background paper from My Mind's Eye and those dots and strips - my latest addiction - Washi Tapes from Queen & Co. Oh and I should point out that the images were stamped twice and fussy cut out and both layers were popped up - so the Eiffel Tower actually looks like it's in the background. The flowers themselves all had Flower Soft on them for texture. I love the simple design with a whole lot of dimension and texture.

I hope you get a chance to visit Paris - in your craft room or in real life.

That image takes me back to my grandma's house where I would sit under the kitchen window and smell the apple pie in the oven. This is just an amazing set! Thanks so much for sharing!

This is a piece of art. I get such good ideas from the blogs. I think I would frame this and try making a series of three different scenes with the stamps. Really elegant! Jaxtman@Carolina.rr.com
