Today I have a card that I used one of my favorite techniques on! I just L-O-V-E the look of white on Kraft, so I heat embossed the Time In Paris (from the Stamp It Australia - Discovery Collection) in white on some Kraft card stock!!!!
Then, I colored in parts of the image using my Spectrum Noir markers. That strip of glitter at the top was created using Red Liner tape and some glitter sprinkled on it.
This is a simple and quick way to make a real eye-catching card!!!
