Ornament Tutorial from Wendy Price!

In January we will be welcoming a whole bunch of very talented ladies to our team & we can't wait to share their wonderful projects.  I happened to be snooping around Facebook this weekend and found a FABULOUS project from Wendy Price who is one of the very talented ladies who will be coming to our team and I just had to share it with all of you!

Here's the project and tutorial from her blog...

Supplies Used: Clear Scrap (Small Deco Frame), Crafters Companion (Mulberry Wood- A Christmas Gift), Echo Park pattern paper, Tsukineko (Memento ink), glitter, alcohol ink refills, alcohol markers, colored pencil.

I love these sweet birds from Crafters Companion! After coloring with markers, I added a bit of shadow with a black colored pencil. I blended the pencil with baby oil.

I colored the frame with alcohol ink refills and assembled everything on the card with foam adhesive.

The acrylic frames can easily be made into a tag or ornament. Simply trace the Deco Shape onto a piece of cardstock, cut out and adhere to frame with foam adhesive. Punch a hole in the top and add some twine.
