Tutorial: Carrot Favor Treat Container

Lori has made a fantastic Carrot Favor Treat Container, and we thought we'd share it today in case you needed to make a few last-minute Easter treats!

These would be perfect for any event in springtime though - luncheons, baby or bridal showers, and birthday parties too!

 Crafter's Companion US supplies:

Step 1: Emboss a piece of orange cardstock with the Petite Dots embossing folder.

Step 2: Die-cut scalloped circle from the embossed orange cardstock, using the largest scalloped circle die in the set.

Step 3: Gently curve the scalloped circle to form a cone. Apply liquid adhesive to one edge and hold in place for about a minute, making sure the edges stick together.

Step 4: Add a strip of double sided tape to the inside of cone. This will secure the cello treat bag in place.

Step 5: Add candy to clear cello treat bag and tie closed with green ribbon.

Step 6: Place inside treat container, making sure it sticks to double-sided tape.

Step 7: Create a fun embellished tag and tie on with green twine.
