Tutorial: Sidewalk Scene

See how Trena created this gorgeous scene with some of her favorite Crafter's Companion supplies!

Step 1: Place the 'Perspectives' stencil over a per-scored. Secure it in place with a low tack tape and spritz with Fireworks Sprays (Cottage Ivy, Pear Tart, Dandelion, Summer Sky, Danube Blue, Grape Jelly). Place another card over the stencil to pick up the extra ink creating the inverse - two for one!

Step 2: Turn the stencil over onto one of the scenes and spritz Fireworks sprays (Summer Sky) filling in the white spaces.

Step 3: Add a tree with the 'Summer Meadow' stencil and Fireworks sprays (Cottage Ivy).

TIP: After spraying, dab with a paper towel to create variation in color.

Step 4: Use a Sponge Dauber and Distress Ink pad (Chipped Sapphire) to fill in color on the birds from the stencil.

Step 5: Die cut the 'Ornate Garden Set' from Shimmering Cardstock (Pearl White). Add a little shading with Spectrum Noir blendable colored pencil 077, paper stumps, and blending solution.

Step 6: Adhere the cafe set to the front of the card, then trace it with a Spectrum Aqua marker (Navy) to add visual interest and highlight the dies.
