Tutorial: Tin of Treats



Do you like to upcycle? We've got a fun way to package treats for Valentine's Day, a birthday, or just to tell someone you care! All you need to do is decide what you will fill it with !

 Crafter's Companion Supplies used:


Other Supplies: Patterned Paper | Twine | Small tin of desired size

Directions:


Step 1. Stamp image on Ultra Smooth Premium White Cardstock.


Step 2. Use Spectrum Noir markers to color image.

Markers used: CG2, DG3, DR1, DR5, DR6, EB1, EB2, FS6, GB8, GB10, IB2, IB3, TN2, TN3


Step 3. Measure tin to be covered and trim patterned paper. Adhere to tin with double sided tape.


Step 4. Measure tin lid and trim paper to match. Round corners. Adhere to tin with double sided tape.


Step 5. Trim Kraft card stock to create a mat around colored image. Round corners of each.


Step 6. Trim strip of Kraft cardstock into a tag shape. Punch small hole at top. Add strip of pattern paper to bottom of tag. Stamp sentiment above pattern strip.


Step 7. Adhere matted image with foam tape to side of tin. Wrap twine or similar around tin lid to add tag. Fill tin with goodies and give to a friend!!
