Tutorial: Watercolor Tag
Use your Spectrum Aqua pens to create a beautiful tag! Gini takes you through each step so you can make some too!
Don't just use your tags on gifts, make some extra and create co-ordinating cards with them too!
Crafter's Companion Supplies:
Other Supplies: Tag, Embossing Powders, Embossing Paste; paint brush, ribbon; heat tool
Step 1. Stamp the script background on the tag with Versamark ink. Heat emboss with black powder.
Step 2. Apply embossing paste through stencil over the text..
Step 3. Sprinkle with embossing powders, while still wet, using colors to match the design. Heat emboss after dry.
Step 4. Scribble color onto tag with the Spectrum Aqua pens.
Step 5. Spread the color on the tag using water and a brush.
Step 6. Use the Sparkle Markers to add depth around the Eiffel tower , trees and edge of tag. Blend in with paintbrush and water.
Step 7. Add ribbon to finish the tag.
